Autonomy can become counter productive if it translates in reality to 'sink or swim'. All our professional and para professional staff are eased into client contact increasingly over time. This allows you to develop confidence whilst learning client skills through experiential coaching.

We find on the job coaching and mentoring to be the most effective method of professional development, but we also support, encourage and, to the extent we can, accommodate any relevant, formal training you may wish to undertake.

Many people who join us at an administrative or para professional level go on to study for professional qualifications, and many of our senior professionals originally came to us via a year long industry placement whilst doing their degree.

We also provide all training required to meet ongoing professional development obligations, which is offered in house and externally.
