Phil is proud to have grown Grimsey to where it is today. He's enjoyed watching his clients develop and succeed, many of them moving through parallel life stages with him. Outside of work Phil enjoys theatre and the arts, fine dining and spending time with his family.

Graduating in 1977, Tony worked in private industry and for the Taxation Office before joining Grimsey in 1988. He became a partner in 1992. He enjoys the dynamic challenge of constantly changing work days, and is proud of the pharmacy practice he's worked hard to develop. In his spare time Tony coaches a junior football side, no doubt presently grooming the next set of legends for his beloved Essendon Football Club.

Paul joined Phil and Tony as a partner in 1992. He enjoys the relationships he has built with his clients over the years, and is committed to ensuring Grimsey continues to be as well respected and highly regarded into the future as it is today. With three children under 10, Paul doesn't have a whole lot of spare time, but when he does you'll probably find him spending it near water – preferably at an international destination!

Now managing a team of 4 Advice professionals, Daniel looks after the personal and business financial planning needs of Grimsey Accounting clients.

A regular speaker at our Pharmacy and Dental student functions, Matt offers his clients a specialised knowledge of the tax and business planning needs of health care professionals. Matt also advises clients on company business structures, surgery and pharmacy valuations, improvements and maintaining their business accounting.

Working closely with the Practice Principal Phil Grimsey, Renata looks after many of our Medical Specialist clients and Corporate Groups and is well regarded by them. Renata also helps develop and mentor our younger Accountants who are working toward obtaining their CPA qualification.

Montgomery has a wide range of clients across the Health Care professions. Many of these clients operate very successful Pharmacy and Dental Surgery businesses. Montgomery also has a well developed knowledge of IT systems, software and information management which has been most useful for his clients in addition to his Post Graduate Accounting qualifications.

As well as looking after the Tax & Accounting needs of his GP, Specialist, Dental and Pharmacist clients, Sebastian manages a team of two staff which includes our Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) capability. Sebastian also helps clients set up and manage their own business accounting.
