Part Time Assistant Dentist required for a very busy general practice.

Seymour is located an easy commutable hour’s drive north of Melbourne.

The position is to replace an existing assistant dentist.

Commence ASAP – but would consider a 2009 Graduate.

The practice performs a wide range of general dental treatments and has visiting specialists including an oral surgeon and an orthodontist.

Will consider a dentist with all levels of experience and the successful applicant will be part of a happy, supportive team of professional staff of Principal Dentist Dr Paul Lejins, Dr Ilija Trajcevski and Dental Therapist Andrea Boland.

You will enjoy working in new purpose built premises.

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am to 5.30/6pm

Fridays 8:30am to 1:30pm

Remuneration is (package approx 42% of gross) – 36% of gross plus 3% annual leave, less lab fees, plus super.

This position requires a pharmacist who is willing to take this pharmacy to the next level of service and sales. You will need to be self motivated, enthusiastic and happy in nature, work independently, aggressively drive sales up, have exceptional customer service skills and ethics, train and motivate pharmacy team

The pharmacy has been recently accredited and it will be necessary to keep up or improve on QCPP standards. A national banner pharmacy is in town and competition is keen and aggressive. The successful applicant must better or excel competition and service if we are to grow.

It will be desirable that the applicant be IT competent and have good managerial principals and ethics. Passed experience demonstrating competency in management and sales is necessary.

The pharmacy also services the local hospital and knowledge of hospital procedures and implementation would be an advantage.

The pharmacy is situated in one of Victoria’s most sort after tourist precincts and is a Mecca for golf enthusiast and water activity lovers.
